Kico for Gmail, Drive and Calendar
Your Kico assistant and the agents you choose read your mail, find the document you mean and know when you're free, so they can do the work around it: answer, summarize, schedule.
What you can do
- Ask Kico "what did the supplier say about the delivery date?" and it searches Gmail and reads the thread.
- Have an agent draft replies to new invoices every morning, for you to check and send.
- Point Kico at a spec in Drive and have the dev agent build from it.
- Ask "when are Sophie and I both free on Thursday?" and let Kico propose a time.
How to connect
- Sign in to Kico at app.kico.dev. Kico is invite-only; request access if you don't have an account.
- Open Account, Connectors and choose Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar.
- Click Connect. Google opens its consent page: choose your account and approve the access.
- Back in Kico, the service shows as connected. Your assistant can use it right away. Give it to an agent in the agent's settings, or tell Kico which agent should have it.
Kico connects through Google's own remote MCP servers for Gmail, Drive and Calendar. Google's integration is in preview, so some tools may change.

How your Google data is handled
Kico's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google data is used only to do what you or the work you set up asks for.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Tokens are sealed with your own data key on Kico's server and never enter an agent's sandbox. Agents call Google through Kico.
- Content an agent reads becomes part of that agent's conversation, which is sent to the AI model you chose to do the work, and is kept as long as the conversation is.
- Our staff do not read your Google data unless you ask us to in a support request, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
