A diagram: three projects run in separate sandboxes inside Kico. Provider keys, connector tokens and database passwords stay sealed in Kico, outside the sandboxes. The invoices agent drafts a mail; it stops at a request card asking "Send to supplier?" and leaves only after Send is pressed.

Nothing an agent writes leaves until you say so.

Every project runs in its own sandbox with its own CPU and memory limit. Sandboxes can't see each other or the database.
Provider keys, connector tokens and database passwords are sealed with envelope encryption, per user and per organization.
Sandboxes call models and connectors through Kico. Tokens never go in.
Mail, messages and writes that an event started wait for you. Every action is in the activity log.
